We are pleased to know that you are interested in purchasing our products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You may return your purchase for up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
All items purchased through our online e-commerce portals are returnable provided the item is still in good condition within the stipulated return goods timeframe. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and original packaging must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use or accidental damage. Once we have received the returned item, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Note:
- Once payment is received and verified, all orders are processed immediately and packed for despatch within the next business day.
- City-Link courier service will collect the goods after 1pm for delivery. Estimated time of delivery is generally 1-2 days within West Malaysia and 2-4 days for East Malaysia. Smaller towns may take longer. After goods are picked up by City-Link, delivery is beyond our control, but a tracking number will be provided.
- City-Link is a recognised reliable shipper, however please understand we do not control delivery once the parcel has been collected by City-Link. Any delays may occur during transit due to unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control.
